Youth (ages 3 1/2 – 11) – Our kids martial arts program offers children a fun & challenging environment while instilling valuable life skills. Our martial arts program helps students develop physically, mentally, & emotionally. Our Little Dragon’s program (ages 3 1/2 – 6) is especially designed for preschool and kindergarten children. All techniques are taught in the air then practiced safely on equipment.
